1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk40 ("pk40", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://pk40.vip ("the Platform"). • Create only one (1) account per individual. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account login credentials, including your password and OTP codes, strictly confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your pk40 account.
• Notify pk40 support immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

pk40 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pk40 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per method and per time period; refer to the Cashier section for current limits.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk40 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and promotional terms which will be stated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise specified.
• pk40 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or opening multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk40 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances expressly permitted by the relevant game or sport rules.
• Bets placed on erroneous odds or prices resulting from a manifest technical error may be voided by pk40 at its sole discretion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any portion of the pk40 Platform without express written consent from pk40.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk40 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pk40 Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability, including those caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, network outages, or third-party provider issues.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, scores, statistics, or other data displayed on the Platform.
• Any financial loss arising from gambling activity conducted on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that losses are a foreseeable outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory legislation.
